Looking Ahead: Continuing Education & Labor Negotiations

The Spring Education Series kicks off on March 15th & 16th with the rescheduled Six Habits Of Highly Effective Foreman Training Class that was originally scheduled for late January. Registration is now open and will remain open until Monday, March 12th.

As the UMCA leadership continues planning for labor negotiations we would like to invite contractor members to attend the Contractor Member Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 22, 2018 from 12:00PM-2:00PM. Members will participate in an interactive strategic planning discussion involving both an update on the 2018 Legislative Session and a lively discussion regarding upcoming labor negotiations. During this meeting we will identify potential contract changes, and how to be more competitive, increase production, and gain market share.  Lunch will be served.
