On Thursday, February 23, UMCA members gathered at the Utah Career Center for a very informative and open discussion regarding lien laws and how best to protect their businesses to ensure a prosperous future. Young, of Young Hoffman, LLC, presented attendees with valuable information aimed toward helping subcontractors further understand their legal rights when negotiating fair and favorable contract terms, as well as what important steps need to be taken before the work begins.
