Fundamentals of Powerful Leadership Course Presented By Blomquist Hale
As many of you are aware, the UMCA and UA Local 140 have secured the services of Blomquist Hale to administer an employee assistance program to our employees. All UMCA contractors and their employees are covered under this program, even those who do not receive their health benefits from the Utah Pipe Trades. The Employee Assistance Program is an integral part of the UMCA & UA Local 140’s Drug Testing Program, but did you know that Blomquist Hale has many additional services available to our members? Some of those include face-to-face therapy, supervisor/manager training, onsite crisis intervention, change courses, behavioral wellness assistance, and customizable training.
Blomquist Hale has recently released a leadership course that focuses on the fundamentals of powerful leadership. This course begins on September 20th and involves six, two-hour training modules spaced over 12 weeks. The course takes place every other Wednesday from 8:00AM – 10:00AM. The registration fee is $58 per person and includes all necessary supplies.
