UMCA Strategic Planning for the Future

One of UMCA’s goals is to provide its membership an organization that truly provides education, services and support that reflect the needs, issues and considerations mechanical contractors have today – and in the future. As a result, the UMCA Board of Directors sat down this spring to discuss at length the roots of a strategic plan.

In the coming week, you’ll receive an email from us explaining the strategic planning process and results. On the heels of that, we’ll send you a survey asking you what YOU WANT and what you saw in the plan that you liked and didn’t like.
