UMCA & UA Local 140 to Form SFE Productivity Committee

The leaders of the UMCA and UA Local 140 have agreed to form a Productivity Committee for the joint Standards for Excellence Initiative.  The committee will be responsible for reviewing complaints from the Union, any employees, applicants, or signatory employer arising from or relating to the Standard for Excellence.  As the UMCA and Local 140 form this committee, we encourage all UMCA Contractors to fill out and submit SFE forms for their employees.  The UMCA and Local 140 are tracking these forms and using them to continually improve both contractors and labor.  SFE Forms can be downloaded from the UMCA Website or the UMCA App (Google Play Store or Apple App Store) and emailed into any member of the UMCA Staff, faxed to 801-531-7725 or mailed to the UMCA Office.
